I've found "my guy" I made the mistake of going to a Manhattan BMW dealership after I bought my 1991 M5. Bad call. The price was through the roof, and they couldn't help me unless I signed away my children's future. A friend of mine, who races M3's, said I needed to find a guy in a lab coat wearing a stethascope... sort-of the cliche BMW mechanic. Well, I found him. I found out about L&M on this site, and decided to give it a try. I commend myself for an excellent choice. They have the tools and the know-how to fix my car! Bill and his son are excellent. They fixed my problem, and answered every question I had. If you own an older BMW, you can't go wrong with L&M. I'm going back in a few weeks to fix my door handle (a little sticky).
