there's a reason for the feedback Just one of those places that you're surprised to find can survive in NYC--a fair, competent, *friendly* auto shop. Billy clearly knows his stuff, and ordered the needed part right in front of me so I could see how much it cost. You might pay more for labor than you would somewhere else, but the peace of mind is well worth it, especially after I went the Pep Boys route and got burned more than once. One look at his customers (and their rapport with Billy) when you drop your car off and you realize L&M is someplace worth coming back to. He's got my business. |
